Kurt Pimentel, CEO
As Chief Executive Officer, Kurt is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company. Kurt brings over 18 years of Senior Executive experience with demonstrated strength in sales, sales management, operations, strategy, alliances, funding and go to market strategy for emerging companies. In addition to working with some of the top technology providers in the country, Kurt has held senior positions and consulted with a variety of start-up organizations. Kurt is active in a variety of professional organizations including Dallas Fort Worth IT Roundtable, Dallas Business Club and Launch DFW.
Kurt holds a BS and MBA from Auburn University. He currently resides in Dallas.
Rob Backus, CTO
As Chief Technology Officer, Rob Backus leads the research and development initiative and is responsible for defining Proxomo's technology road map. Rob helps our clients to create a mobile strategy while consulting on the technological and market benefits of various mobile platforms and on how decisions of security, mobile architecture, platform, design, and legacy systems integration can affect the bottom line. Having the privilege of being a crucial part of several past technology start-ups, and with the heart of an entrepreneur, Rob has direct experience in harnessing existing IT infrastructure to fuel a company's mobile initiative.
